What the Kuchnia Premium implementation covered
Magento 2

100%
Of the information flow between Magento 2 and Subiekt automated: products, orders, stock levels and customers.
Multistore
Several online stores managed from a single Magento 2 admin panel.
Several warehouses
Stock held across several locations, handled by the platform.
Project scope
A Magento 2 implementation on the Aurora Box template, an integration with the Subiekt ERP, multistore, an integration with BaseLinker and multi-warehouse handling.
Technologies
Magento 2, Aurora Box, Subiekt, BaseLinker.
The system in place was holding e‑commerce back
Kuchnia Premium distributes exclusive kitchen equipment brands. Its portfolio includes Villeroy & Boch, among others.
The sales system the company had been running limited what the business could do and how far it could grow. Technical and financial constraints made it hard to deliver further modules or to optimise the processes already in place.
At the same time, kuchniapremium.pl had spent years building strong organic positions for its key brands. Keeping them was one of the main goals of the Magento 2 implementation.
Five areas the new platform had to cover
- 01
Changing platform without losing organic visibility
Kuchniapremium.pl had spent years building strong organic positions for its key brands. Keeping those positions was one of the main goals of the Magento 2 implementation.
- 02
Automating the work between Magento 2 and Subiekt
The project called for connecting the sales platform to the Subiekt ERP and for synchronising products, orders, stock levels and customers automatically.
- 03
Serving multichannel sales
BaseLinker was added to the sales environment as a tool supporting the management of listings and orders across several marketplaces.
- 04
Managing stock across several locations
The project covered a multi-warehouse module for tracking stock, managing how it is allocated and picking the nearest warehouse for an order automatically.
- 05
Running several stores from one panel
Multistore was to make it possible to run several online stores from within a single Magento 2 admin panel.
The work carried out in the implementation
The project brought together a new Magento 2 platform and the integrations and features needed to run the sales, the stores and the warehouses.

The Magento 2 implementation on Aurora Box
The owners of kuchniapremium.pl chose to implement Magento 2 using Aurora Box. That made it possible to launch a working store quickly while keeping the room to scale and adapt it later.
- 02
The integration with the Subiekt ERP
Magento 2 was connected to Subiekt. The integration covered synchronising products, orders, stock levels and customers automatically, and creating financial and commercial documents automatically.
- 03
The integration with BaseLinker
BaseLinker was implemented as a tool supporting the multichannel sales strategy and automating the management of listings and orders across several marketplaces.
- 04
Multi-warehouse handling
A module went live that tracks stock across several locations, manages how it is allocated and picks the nearest warehouse for an order automatically.
- 05
Launching multistore
A feature went live that lets several online stores be run from a single Magento 2 admin panel.
Magento 2 connected to the ERP and to multichannel sales
Magento 2 is the e‑commerce platform delivered by this project. It was integrated with the Subiekt ERP and with BaseLinker, and the scope was completed by multistore and multi-warehouse handling.

Platform features
- Multi-warehouse
- Multistore
Subiekt and BaseLinker are systems standing beside the platform: the first handles the warehouse and the documents, the second listings and orders across several marketplaces. Multistore and multi-warehouse handling work inside Magento 2 — they are features of the platform delivered, not further systems to connect, which is why the diagram places them within its outline.
The diagram assigns no direction to any wire, because the description of the project does not state one. What it shows is what was connected and what belongs to the platform.
What is on the diagram
- Subiekt
- Products, orders, stock levels and customers synchronised automatically. Stock levels are updated in real time. The system also creates invoices, receipts and other commercial documents automatically.
- BaseLinker
- Listings and orders across several marketplaces managed automatically, in support of multichannel sales.
- Multi-warehouse
- Stock tracked across several locations, allocation managed, and the nearest warehouse picked for an order automatically.
- Multistore
- Several online stores managed from a single Magento 2 admin panel.
An automated information flow between Magento 2 and Subiekt
The integration with the Subiekt ERP was one of the most important parts of the project. It connected the key warehouse and accounting functions to the sales platform.
According to the source material, the integration as delivered automated 100% of the information flow within the scope described: products, orders, stock levels and customers. Removing the need to enter data by hand reduced the risk of errors around stock levels, prices and order data, among other things.
Product availability is updated in real time. Customers therefore see current stock levels, and the system limits the cases where an unavailable product is ordered.
The integration also creates invoices, receipts and other commercial documents automatically. According to the case study, it improved Kuchnia Premium's day-to-day work, its stock management and its customer service.
What is synchronised automatically
- Products
- product data synchronised automatically
- Orders
- orders synchronised automatically
- Stock levels
- updated in real time
- Customers
- customer data synchronised automatically
What was delivered for Kuchnia Premium
The store went live on Magento 2 using Aurora Box, and the scope was completed by two integrations and two features of the platform.

Magento 2 on Aurora Box
The store was implemented on Magento 2 using Aurora Box. That made it possible to launch a working store quickly while keeping the room to scale and adapt it later.
The Subiekt ERP integration
Products, orders, stock levels and customer data are synchronised automatically between Magento 2 and Subiekt. Stock levels are updated in real time, and financial and commercial documents can be created automatically.
The BaseLinker integration
BaseLinker supports multichannel sales by automating the management of listings and orders across several marketplaces. According to the case study, it let the company grow its omnichannel model and widen its sales reach.
Multi-warehouse handling
The multi-warehouse module tracks stock across several locations, manages how goods are distributed between warehouses and picks the nearest warehouse for an order automatically.
Multistore
Multistore lets Kuchnia Premium run several online stores from a single admin panel. Adding products, managing orders and updating data can all be done centrally.
A new platform joined to the key sales processes
The project gave Kuchnia Premium a store built on Magento 2 and Aurora Box, integrated with Subiekt and BaseLinker and equipped with multistore and stock across several warehouses.

- 100%
- Of the information flow between Magento 2 and Subiekt automated, covering products, orders, stock levels and customers.
- Real time
- Product availability and stock levels updated as they change.
- Multistore
- Several online stores managed from a single admin panel.
- Several warehouses
- Stock tracked and allocated across several locations, with the nearest warehouse picked for an order automatically.
The Subiekt integration automated the information flow within the scope described, cut down on data entered by hand and reduced the risk of errors. Multi-warehouse handling brought order to stock held across several locations, and multistore made it possible to run several stores centrally.
