AI training for manufacturers' teams

Teach your team to automate work on products, orders and reports

With an AI practitioner, your team drafts product descriptions, reads order files and automates reports using tasks from your D2C or B2B sales. The first working automations are built during training.

After training, the team has put AI basics into practice, knows how to use the solutions it has built and can add further quick automations.

AI knowledge should translate into completed work

A new range needs descriptions, B2B orders need checking and a report needs data from several spreadsheets. Participants work on tasks like these during training.

In a manufacturer's e‑commerce, a correct product specification, the right order code and a report you can base a decision on matter. AI should shorten the path to that result.

That is why we work on concrete tasks. Participants learn to prepare data, define the expected result, check the output and connect repetitive steps into a simple automation.

The trainer shows when a prompt is enough, how to connect steps into an automation and which tasks require IT involvement.

The aim is to complete a task independently and repeat it for the next product, order or report.

From technical data to a store description

AI turns product specifications into customer-facing copy. Technical data remains the source, without adding features absent from the documentation.

Which tasks do we work on during training?

We select frequent tasks with available data and results that can be checked immediately. Examples for manufacturers' teams:

Work during training

A workflow for drafting descriptions from approved specifications and checking missing information.

Skill after training

Prepare content for more products, maintain the agreed structure and check it against the data.

Checking a product spreadsheet before importing it into the store

Work during training

A simple automation flagging missing required fields, duplicates or inconsistent data formats.

Skill after training

Check the next batch and adapt validation rules to new requirements.

Processing a B2B order from a customer's file

Work during training

Reading product codes and quantities from a trade customer file and saving them in a table for review.

Skill after training

Repeat the workflow on similar files and identify items needing manual verification.

Preparing a recurring sales or order report

Work during training

Automatically organising a store export and reporting sales by date, product or customer.

Skill after training

Run it on new data and adjust the report as needs change.

Exercises use participants' tasks and available data. The descriptions, spreadsheet checks and reports built during training also serve as templates for future tasks.

Enquire about AI training

Who is this training for?

E‑commerce and catalogue teams

When adding products, updating information and preparing the range for different channels take increasing amounts of time.

Marketing and product content teams

When you need many descriptions and content variants while staying consistent with specifications, brand language and channel requirements.

Salespeople and B2B sales teams

When enquiries, customer files and quote preparation take people away from working with customers.

Managers and operations teams

When reporting, checking data and coordinating repetitive tasks consume the time needed for decisions.

Together we select participants and tasks so that the skills translate into the work of a specific team.

What does the team leave training with?

First working automations

For example, reading an order file, checking a product spreadsheet for gaps or reporting on a store export.

AI basics applied to daily work

Participants know how to prepare data and prompts, check answers and use the output in their tasks.

The ability to add further improvements

They can recognise a similar problem, reuse the approach and adapt it to another application.

Clarity on where human checks are needed

They know which data and results need verification and when to ask the process owner or IT for help.

The business spends less time on repetitive tasks, and the team can develop simple automations independently.

An AI practitioner takes your team from a task to a working automation

The trainer demonstrates the task, works with participants on the result and explains how to fix incorrect data extraction or an incomplete answer.

You can see whether the solution reads the right data, produces the result needed and simplifies the task.

The scope is matched to participants' experience and the tasks they want to improve.

Online or on-site training for up to 10 people or one-to-one

Choose the format that suits your team: an on-site session or online work.

Groups of up to 10

Group training is for a maximum of 10 participants.

Individual training

We work on the tasks and needs of one person.

Questions before training

AI & Automation

Yes. Participants build their first automations during training, such as checking product spreadsheets or reading order files. We choose exercises based on the team's tasks, tools and data.

Group training accommodates up to 10 people. We also offer one-to-one training.

Both formats are available. We agree the format together, depending on the team's needs and circumstances.

Tell us who will take part, how your D2C or B2B sales work and which tasks take the most time. Include your preferred format: on-site or online. We will discuss your needs, agree the scope and prepare an individual proposal.

This depends on the tool and its configuration. Before sharing data, we identify the provider, processing and storage locations, retention period and terms covering model training. Retrieving information from company documents and training a model are different operations. We check the specific service's terms before connecting a catalogue, inbox or ERP.

Before launch, we establish the processing purpose, necessary data, access rights and deletion rules. With your data protection contact, we check the legal basis, the parties' roles, provider agreements and any transfers outside the EEA. Exercises and tests use material without personal data; where personal data is necessary, we establish its conditions of use before sharing it with a tool.
