AI & Automation

We automate orders, product work and customer replies for manufacturers with D2C or B2B e‑commerce. We also train teams to use AI independently.

Start with a task that regularly takes time: an emailed order, a new product description or a complaint requiring checks across several systems.

  • D2C e‑commerce
  • B2B sales

Less manual workin a manufacturer's e‑commerce

More sales do not have to mean more copying

When every order needs copying into the ERP, product descriptions need assembling from documents and customer replies require searching for data, the cost of serving sales grows.

We take repetitive steps off your team's hands and show people how to automate further tasks.

  • Salespeople copy B2B orders from emails and spreadsheets into the ERP instead of working with trade customers.
  • E‑commerce staff collect specifications and descriptions from several sources before new products reach the store.
  • Customer service spends longer finding order statuses and product information than writing the actual reply.

From a customer's question to a product-specific reply

AI reads the message, finds the product sheet and drafts an answer. The adviser does not need to search separately for installation instructions and specifications.

Re: Installing the ALBA 120 wall light

Hello,

mounting screws are included. A GU10 LED bulb up to 8 W must be purchased separately.

The ALBA 120 has IP20 protection and is designed for indoor use, so it is not suitable for an exterior wall.

Kind regards, Customer Service

How do we get started?

Show us one task your team regularly handles manually.

  1. 01

Show us an order, file or enquiry

Describe who handles it, where the data comes from and the result they need to produce. Identify where people copy product codes, look up specifications or check delivery status. In the first conversation, discussing an example without sharing customer data is enough.

  2. 02

    Choose the right service

Process automation starts with a free workshop and a free proof of concept afterwards. Further implementation is quoted individually. You see it working on a selected task, such as reading order lines from a file or checking a product spreadsheet for gaps.

  3. 03

Agree what we will do for your team

For training and customer service, we discuss tasks, tools and data and prepare an individual proposal. For training, we select participants' tasks; for customer service, the questions, complaints and information sources needed for a reply.

  4. 04

Check how much work the solution takes over

We compare the same task: what people previously entered or searched for, what they receive now and which details still need completing. You can then identify further tasks worth automating.

Describe your team's task

Questions about AI and automation

We start with the tools you use, checking how to retrieve data and deliver the result for the selected task.

In this workflow, the adviser receives a draft and case information and approves the message before sending. They decide how to resolve a complaint.

Someone who handles orders, product data or customer enquiries daily, together with the manager responsible for that work. If data needs to come from the ERP, PIM or store, IT joins the access arrangements.

This depends on the tool and its configuration. Before sharing data, we identify the provider, processing and storage locations, retention period and terms covering model training. Retrieving information from company documents and training a model are different operations. We check the specific service's terms before connecting a catalogue, inbox or ERP.

Before launch, we establish the processing purpose, necessary data, access rights and deletion rules. With your data protection contact, we check the legal basis, the parties' roles, provider agreements and any transfers outside the EEA. Exercises and tests use material without personal data; where personal data is necessary, we establish its conditions of use before sharing it with a tool.

These keep the site running: bot protection, content delivery and the contact chat. The site does not answer without them, so they cannot be switched off.
